4th Ave Hideaway - Cozy home with spacious yard

Great spot to land. House had everything we needed, plus more. Host response was quick and super helpful. Loved the back yard for our dog. Back patio was super relaxing after a day of exploring. Near grocery store and restaurants. Definitely recommend for other travelers.

First off the place smelled musty and like dog, fridge was not cleaned and the pull out couch the bed had been removed and left in the garage that was also un able to park in without moving stuff that was in the way . Dog hair on kitchen chair. Windows that were broken and missing screens. I understand pet friendly but it should not be overwhelming of dog smell. We contacted the property manager and she stated the carpet in the bedroom that had the smell had be cleaned twice the month prior and was unaware it still smelled and that the carpet needs to be replaced. They did bring in a ozone cleaner and that did help the smell some. These are things that should not happen, we asked for a discount and said we could get one for a friendly review but I am not playing that game. Do not rent this home

Positive: Convenient and great yard for dogs.

House was clean, in a perfect location to whitefish the park and more. House had everything we needed linen kitchen wise etc and then some !
